Those wishing to be included in the Directory will be admitted on the bassis of the following policy:

  1. One must hold a missionary visa and/or,
  2. be under a mission umbrella (as in the case of a "tentmaker") and/or,
  3. have a recommendation by a JEMA member mission or missionary.
  4. Inclusion in the Directory does not imply JEMA endorsement of an individual's or group's theological positionl.

Classified by Protestant missionaries in Japan in alphabetical order, by geographical area and by mission society. Also included is a listing of mission boards and societies.
